By using Woro Boro, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. It's that simple.
1. Service Description
Woro Boro is a real-time, ephemeral messaging platform. Key characteristics:
- Real-Time Communication: Messages appear letter-by-letter as they're typed.
- No Message History: Messages are not stored. New messages replace old ones.
- Session-Based: Each conversation is temporary and ends when users leave.
- No Account Required: Users choose a display name for each session without registration.
- Unique Session Identity: Your chosen username exists only for the current conversation and carries no history.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Woro Boro responsibly. You may NOT use this service to:
- Engage in illegal activities
- Harass, threaten, or harm others
- Share illegal content
- Spam or abuse the platform
- Attempt to hack or compromise the service
- Impersonate others with malicious intent
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
3. User Responsibilities
As a user, you are responsible for:
- Your own communications and their content
- Keeping your room links private if you want private conversations
- Understanding that this is a real-time service with no message recovery
- Not sharing sensitive credentials or passwords through the platform

- We don't store messages
- We don't collect personal information
- We don't track individual users
- Conversations exist only in real-time
⚠️ Disclaimer of Warranties
Woro Boro is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Warranties of merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Availability or uptime guarantees
- Security guarantees (though we try our best)
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Woro Boro and its operators shall NOT be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- We are NOT responsible for the content of messages exchanged between users.
- We are NOT responsible for any loss of data (there is no data to lose by design).
- We are NOT responsible for service interruptions or downtime.
- Our total liability shall not exceed $100 USD.
6. No Message Recovery
Important: By design, Woro Boro does not store messages. This means:
- We cannot recover past conversations
- We cannot provide message history to anyone, including law enforcement (there is none)
- Once a message is replaced or the session ends, it's gone forever
- You should not rely on Woro Boro for important information that needs to be preserved
7. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue the service at any time
- Update these terms with reasonable notice
- Add or remove features
- Implement usage limits if necessary
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for:
- Violation of these terms
- Illegal use of the service
- Abusive behavior
- Any other reason at our sole discretion
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
